Beevault Website and Mobile Wallets Privacy Notice

Beevault Asset Management, and its affiliates (together "Beevault," "we," "our," or "us"), respect your privacy. We are committed to safeguarding your Personal Data and to being transparent about how we use your Personal Data. This Privacy Notice explains how Beevault collects, processes, protects and shares Personal Data from our websites (our "Sites") and from Beevault Wallet. When you visit our Sites or use Beevault Wallet, we may collect Personal Data or other information from or about you. In general, we use this information to provide our services, and to enhance the quality of our Sites and Beevault Wallet. All of this is discussed in greater detail below, and we encourage you to read this entire Notice carefully.

Personal Data We May Collect or Receive

Beevault may collect information that either alone, or in combination with other information, identifies you as a person. We call this "Personal Data." If you do not share Personal Data with Beevault, you can still visit our Sites but we will not be able to offer all of our services or provide custodial wallet services via the Beevault Wallet.

We collect the following Personal Data:

  • • Identification Information. When you create an account on our Sites or set up a Beevault Wallet, we collect your:

    • • Other financial account information that you link to your Mobile Wallet

    • • Your approximate physical location (if location services is active on your mobile device or computer)
    • • Unique device identifiers
    • • Information from persistent cookies or token we use to identify your computer

    • • Data Protection Information. We collect information about transactions you perform using the Beevault Wallet, the type of mobile device you use, and your use of the Sites and Beevault Wallet in order to combat fraud.

    • • Third Party Information. We may collect Personal Data about you from certain third parties, including information about:

    • • Your general background solely to comply with applicable anti-money laundering laws

    How We Use the Personal Data We Collect

    Beevault uses your Personal Data and other information to provide and improve our services, to comply with applicable laws and regulations, and to ensure that our Sites and Beevault Wallet are working properly. Here is a description of how we use your Personal Data:

    Use Basis for Processing
    Identification Information Beevault uses your identification information to comply with your requests, provide our services, to notify you and send you marketing messages, to identify you in our systems, to comply with applicable regulations, to secure our systems and processes, and to combat fraud. We will also use this information to send you our initial and annual Consumer Privacy Notice as required by US law.
    Payment Information We use your name, billing address, credit, or debit card number to process subscription payments for the use of our services or Beevault Wallet, to ensure that such purchases or subscriptions are fulfilled, and to combat fraud.
    Financial Information We use financial account information to provide our services, to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our services, to secure our systems and processes, to combat fraud, and to ensure that transactions you initiate are properly recorded, confirmed, processed, and settled. In addition, our Sites and the Beevault Wallet use certain cryptographic information you share with us to complete transactions you initiate.
    Data Protection Information Beevault uses data protection information to help protect the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of your data and of our services, to combat fraud, and to manage information security risks.
    Third Party Information We collect information from third parties to provide our services, to validate your identity, to assess your creditworthiness, to comply with certain legal obligations, and to combat fraud.
    Digital Activity Information Beevault collects usage information to ensure that its Sites and Beevault Wallet are functioning effectively and efficiently. We also use usage information to identify you, to determine your general location, to combat fraud, to ensure transactions you initiate are recorded, confirmed, processed, and settled, and further enhance the quality of the advertising and marketing messages you receive from us.
    Legal Compliance We collect Personal Data, including account application information, financial account information, third party information, and usage information, to comply with certain legal and regulatory obligations.

How We Share and Disclose Personal Data

Beevault shares information:

  • • When you tell us to. If you ask us to complete a transaction or transfer, we must share some Personal Data to complete the transaction or transfer.
  • • Within Beevault's Business Group. Beevault shares Personal Data and other information about you amongst and between its various corporate entities and affiliates.
  • • With Third Party Service Providers. Beevault shares Personal Data with select third party partners who help us perform our services, accept and process credit card payments, or provide certain features of the Beevault Wallet (such as credit or debit card processing).
  • • To Combat Fraud. Beevault shares Personal Data about you with third party service providers to help fight fraud or enforce Beevault's contractual or legal rights.
  • • To Comply with the Law. Beevault will share your Personal Data if reasonably required to do so by applicable laws.
  • • With Your Consent. Beevault may also share your Personal Data and other information with third parties if we have your consent to do so.

    How Long Does Beevault Keep Personal Data

    Beevault takes steps to ensure that we only retain Personal Data for the amount of time necessary to perform processing or provide the services described in this Notice, your instructions, applicable terms of service, or as required by law.

    If you deactivate or delete your accounts, or otherwise alert us in writing that you wish to stop using our services or Beevault Wallet, we will delete your information, to the extent permitted under applicable law. If you stop using Beevault's service we will delete your information 5 years after your last use of Beevault's services to ensure compliance with applicable laws.     Beevault Uses Cookies and Related Technologies

    Cookies are small text files Beevault sends your computer or mobile device, which enable certain features and functionality. They are unique to your account or your browser. Session-based cookies last only while your browser is open and are automatically deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies last until you or your browser deletes them or until they expire on their own.

    Beevault uses cookies and similar technologies, like pixel tags and web beacons. Beevault also uses both session and persistent cookies developed by both Beevault, and by certain trusted third parties like Google, Facebook, and Baidu. We use cookies and related technologies to: recognize you as a customer, to customize and improve our services and the Beevault Wallet, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, to help ensure your account and your Beevault Wallet are secure, and to combat fraud.

    Online Tracking

    Our Sites and Beevault Wallet do not process or respond to "do not track" signals or other similar web browser signals. When you visit our Sites or use Beevault Wallet, we collect information about the webpage you visited before visiting our Sites and the webpage you visit after leaving our Sites. Beevault will inspect your IP address when you visit our Sites or use Beevault Wallet to determine what country you are from.

    Changing Your Information

    You can change or update your Account Information and your Financial Information any time; simply contact Beevault at [email protected], and we will get it updated as appropriate. You should know, however, that given the nature of our services and as required by law, certain transactional records, device identifiers, and other security information cannot be changed.

    Links to Other Websites

    For your convenience, our Sites may contain links to other websites, or may refer you to other websites. Those other websites may be operated by other companies affiliated with us or by third party companies not affiliated with us. Once you leave our Sites and access another website, you should be aware that you are subject to the privacy and security policies of that website.

    European Customers

    Beevault's products and services are meant for use in the United States, but we recognize that people from across the world may visit our Sites or use Beevault Wallet. In general, your use of our Sites and Beevault Wallet are governed by U.S. law and this Privacy Notice.

    However, if we identify you as using our Sites or Beevault Wallet from Europe, or otherwise identify you as a European resident, we handle your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Notice and with the following:

Beevault processes Personal Data with your consent, to perform contracts you enter with us, to meet our legitimate interests, and to comply with applicable laws and regulations.   • • Transfers to Third Countries. We may need to transfer your Personal Data between various Beevault affiliates, and to third parties as described in this Notice. For this reason, we may transfer your Personal Data to other countries that may have different laws and data protection compliance requirements than those currently in effect in Europe.

    When we transfer our European customers' Personal Data to other countries, we do so on the basis of:

    • European Commission's adequacy decisions;
    • suitable standard contractual clauses; or

Protecting Personal Data is a priority at Beevault. We use appropriate administrative, technical and physical controls to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. While we take these important steps to protect you and your information, there are also important steps you can take to protect yourself, including keeping your password safe and secure. However, despite all our efforts, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and Beevault cannot guarantee that your Personal Data will be secure.

Children's Privacy

Our Sites and our Apps are not intended for children under the age of 18. Please do not access or use our Sites or our Apps if you are under 18 years of age. By using our Sites or using our Apps, you affirm that you are over the age of 18.

Changes to Our Notice

We may add to, delete from, or otherwise amend and update this Privacy Notice from time to time.
